I spend a a lot of time playing with music, video, lights, and other forms of creative technology.
Sometimes I call it work, sometimes art; sometimes it’s just a fun way to hang with friends.
What started as a fascination with mixing music gradually expanded to include much more – video mixing, projection mapping, intelligent lighting, interface design, event production.
My path can be traced through several collectives: Circle, Redtail, Glitch, SMGU, Sonic Beating, Video Bleep, Optexture.
I’ve performed at EyeWash, Ultra, First Night, and Figment. I co-created WiiWhorld, and co-founded Firefly. I helped run a VJ competition for Together. I love hammocks.
In early 2020, I started working for Meow Wolf, where I build and fix tech art at the House of Eternal Return.
This website is a loose gathering place for work I’ve done over the past 20+ years, with an emphasis on creative experiments. I also have another website that includes some of my work as a web developer.
I’ve been fortunate to work with, and learn from, countless brilliant, creative, and talented people over the years – and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
